Customer Responsibilities

• During the ride, only damage, accident, theft, or penalties shall be borne by the client and will be charged at the actual cost. The decision of Riders Cafe is final in this regard.
• No other person is allowed to drive the vehicle. If somebody else drives, the customer (mentioned) will be responsible for any wrongdoings and will bear all the expenses.
• The vehicle shall not be used for any purpose other than the one stated in the agreement form.
• The vehicle will not be used for any illegal activities.
• The vehicle will be collected and dropped off at the warehouse only.
• Checking the vehicle condition before starting the ride and any issues after the start of the trip will be the customer’s responsibility.
• No further discussion on the fuel leftover during the return of the vehicle.
• If any damage occurs, the client should be prepared to pay: The total damage charge, which includes the showroom price of the bike part plus downtime equivalent charges (rent per day with labor charges).
• If there is any challan (traffic ticket) issued during the trip, all charges and fines will be paid by the customer.
• If any of the above-mentioned points are not maintained by the client, Riders Cafe reserves the right to fine the client.

Additional Terms

• Day implies 24 hours. A maximum of 1 hour grace period is accepted on 1-day prior intimation.
• The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel available when the bike was taken, or fuelling charges plus 10% fuelling charges will be levied.
• Vehicle pickup/drop charges are Rs. 500 each way in case of home delivery. Pickup/Drop of the bike is required (subject to driver availability) & under 10 km, Rs. 500 will be charged.
• Any accidents or damages will be charged to the client at actual cost. The decision of Riders Cafe is final.
• Any maintenance charges accrued due to misuse of the vehicle will be charged to the client.
• Routine maintenance is covered by Riders Cafe.
• The vehicle shall not be used for motorsports or any such activity that may impair the long-term performance and condition of the vehicle.
• Alternate fuel shall not be used in the vehicle.
• The minimum age of the renter shall be 23 years, and he/she must possess a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• The vehicle shall not be overloaded with more than the allowed number of passengers or excess baggage. The vehicle shall not be used for any purpose other than the one stated in the agreement form.
• Any extension of the program should be informed in advance and is subject to approval by Riders Cafe.
• Any violation of the terms will lead to the termination of the deposit.
• Without prior intimation of the extension of the vehicle, a penalty of Rs. 1000 per day will be imposed.
